Our objective is to improve patients’ care by enabling new pathways in medical service through implementing more powerful solutions to support healthcare professionals in their mission.

EFM is a Polish technology company which offers innovative solutions for medicine.

Specialised algorithms analyse the recorded data to detect abnormalities. By comparing each heartbeat to the previous one, they identify even subtle changes in the electrical and mechanical dynamics of the heart, that contribute to certain heart diseases. These results are then used as a basis for further diagnosis.

Medical Doctor and PhD of Biomedical Engineering and Biocybernetics. He has over 10 years of experience in the management, development and certification of telemedicine products. He held management and leadership positions in companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and NewConnect.

Marzena Mróz

CFO

seasoned finance leader with expertise in accounting operations, financial reporting, tax strategy, and fiscal governance. Her experience spans public and private sectors, including life sciences, SMEs, and start-ups, where she has delivered strategic advisory, accurate reporting, and financial guidance to drive growth and innovation.

Aleksander Cudny

CTO

M.Sc. of Biomedical Engineering, High class specialist in designing ​algorithms for medical data ​processing – in particular ECG. ​His experience comes from CERN ​and Infoscan, where he managed the​ software development department.​

Q&R Affairs Director

M.Sc. of Biomedical Engineering and M.Sc. in the field of Technical Physics ​with major in Medical Physics and Dosimetry 14+ year of experience in the Medical Devices branch, including 6 years at Notified Body (TUV Rheinland) as auditor/expert/product assessor. ​
